Returns
To cancel an order, it's necessary to make it in the first 12 hours after the payment has made, otherwise it will not be possible to cancel and the merchandise will be sent.
Returns are not accepted, in case of changes of model or size only apply for Shawe pieces during the first week after delivery, you must send us an e-mail (info@shawejewelry.com) and you will recibe information for your case.
If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In case you want to make a change and your order has already been delivered: No changes will be accepted if the guarantee seal is broken and/or the piece is not in a good condition and/or the piece has signs of been used.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If accepted the change will be notified by e-mail to the customer, also will receive a coupon fir the value of the piece, so the customer can use it in her next puchase in our store. The coupon will not include the amount of shipping.
The changes can be made from the first to the fifth day after receiving the merchandise in the customers adres.
Tax payments and any additional payment that must be made in each country is responsability of the customer.
In case of sending pieces for maintenance as well as changes, the shipping costs and taxes will be full responsability of the client.
In some cases of accepted change of piece could apply a restock fee for receiving back the piece this would be notified at the time of sending the coupon itself that will be deducted from that amount.
In case of personalized products, no changes are accepted unless changes in size or engraving in these cases will be made an additional amount for this service that will be notified to the client, as well as the shipping charges that this may cause will be discounted from the customer amount.
Engagement rings, wedding rings and any other personlized product will not be accepted for any type of change except rings that can change of size and engraving adjustments, to generate a change will be notified to the customer who will have to pay the generated shipping cost as well as extra services. These services can't be done until the client liquidates the total of them.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as a coupon.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
